We aim to send out your order within 3 working days, after the order has been confirmed and authorised. This does not include weekends and Bank Holidays. We deliver both UK & International Orders by Royal Mail by 1st Class Delivery (unless Next Day Delivery is paid for). UK Packages will arrive between 3-7 Working days and international orders will take between 1-3 weeks depending on the location & customs.

Al-Jamilah is not responsible for incorrect addresses. Please note that any packages that need to be re-routed are subject to a small fee. Al-Jamilah is not responsible for Duty and Freight Charges for International Orders.
