Refund Policy
Returns
If in the unlikely event you are unsatisfied with your Al-Jamilah purchase, please contact us on info@al-jamilah.co.uk to inform us of your return. We will provide you with a return address & a return form. Please note that the postage costs are covered by the customer.
Our refund policy is 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and tags. Please note that made to order or pre-order pieces are non refundable.
Sale items / Made to Order / Pre-Order pieces
Only regular priced items (Ready to wear pieces) may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or made to order/Pre-order pieces cannot be refunded.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you received a refund email, please give 2-5 working days for funds to return to your account. If you haven’t received a refund, please check with your bank as they may have put funds on hold.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@al-jamilah.co.uk
Shipping
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
